Personnel: The Process

Our U.S. sourcing process begins when a request for personnel is received by our corporate office in Atlanta, GA. Request can be made by phone, email or facsimile. Once identified as a personnel request, the order is immediately forwarded to the P.A.R.T.S., Inc. Logistics Center in Warner Robins, GA for processing.

The request is then logged in and the logistics team confirms receipt of the request, usually within 12 hours.

Once the request is confirmed and clarified, the team assigns a unique job number allowing us and the customer to track the status of the request from start to finish.

Next, the individual skills required are compared to the skill sets of the personnel in our existing database in order to find the right fit. In the unlikely event that the right candidates are not found in our existing database, the logistics team begins a nationwide search to locate and recruit the right personnel.

Once we have located personnel whom we feel to be the best candidates for the position, we forward their resumes to the customer for approval.

The customer negotiates the final contract price and length with the Logistics team who then employs the candidates as P.A.R.T.S., Inc. subcontractors. As such, we are responsible for all clearances, employee taxes and necessary documentation.
